Superion’s Managed IT Services Plans are designed to cover all aspects of your IT Support needs.

From basic monitoring right through to complete administration and management of all devices on your network.

In order to customize a support agreement to meet our client’s exact needs, we have divided our plans into 3 categories; Essentials, Pro, and Elite.

Each plan contains a further 4 categories: Network/Location, Servers, Workstations, and Mobile.

An example of tailoring a service plan to best suit our client needs is choosing the “Elite Plan” for the network and servers that require more onsite attention along with the “Pro Plan” for workstations and mobile in order to minimize overall monthly cost.



The Essentials Plan is designed for businesses that have existing technicians on staff but wish to offload or augment some of the maintenance tasks to our team. This plan is includes 24/7 monitoring, performance optimization, and patch management. The plan does not include labour to resolve issues detected as it is intended to pass faults detected to the Clients internal team to remediate.



The Pro Plan extends the Essentials Plan by including the labour to remotely resolve issues and extends our full Help Desk service to our clients. The Pro Plan also includes multiple levels of anti-virus and anti-spyware detection and prevention (eliminating the need to license existing software) and further provides an enterprise grade backup and disaster recovery solution for servers, including offsite backup.



The Elite Plan is our premium services plan that is ideal for complete control of your IT labour costs. The plan includes both remote and onsite labour for supporting and maintaining your equipment, in addition to all the services that are included in the Pro and Essentials Plans.
