The Superion Summit has become more than just a holiday gathering. It is our time to pause, reflect on the year behind us, and celebrate the people who make everything possible.
This year’s Christmas event week was one to remember.
We kicked off the Summit with a team dinner at The Keg. It was the perfect setting to relax, enjoy great food, and share stories from the year. Between the steaks, laughter, and conversations that had nothing to do with tickets or projects, it reminded us how important it is to step away from the day to day and simply connect.
Moments like these strengthen the relationships that power everything we do for our clients.
No Superion Christmas celebration would be complete without Secret Santa, led by Mike. The energy in the room was contagious as gifts were opened, jokes were made, and a few strategic trades were negotiated.
It is a simple tradition, but it captures something bigger about our culture. We work hard, we support one another, and we genuinely enjoy being a team.
The competitive spirit came out when we hit the bowling lanes. Some of us discovered hidden talent. Others discovered that IT expertise does not always translate to bowling precision.
Strikes were celebrated loudly. Gutter balls were met with even louder laughter. It was the kind of team bonding you cannot manufacture in a meeting room.
We wrapped up the Summit with an immersive VR shooter experience at Another World VR. If bowling brought out our competitive side, VR brought out our tactical side.
Working together in a virtual world, communicating under pressure, and strategizing in real time felt surprisingly familiar. It was fast paced, collaborative, and a lot of fun. The experience perfectly reflected what we value at Superion: teamwork, adaptability, and problem solving.
As much fun as the week was, it also gave us the opportunity to reflect on what we accomplished this year.
We supported growing organizations, strengthened cybersecurity posture for our clients, implemented smarter cloud solutions, and helped leadership teams navigate an increasingly complex technology landscape. Every milestone was made possible by a dedicated team that shows up every day ready to solve problems and build long term partnerships.
The Superion Summit is a celebration of that commitment.
